In my previous life, I oversaw public relations for restaurants and hotels, with the main characters being a book publicist and a celebrity chef… well it felt like all my worlds combined into this one love story. I loved the time-travel aspect of this story, it felt like a new spin to the concept. The only thing I didn’t like is that a lot of the phrases the author seemed to use were repetitive… like, OK, I get it, your aunt told you to “Always chase the moon.” You didn’t need to remind us 10x throughout the book.
