This book… you guys were right about this one. Finished up Broken Country on this rainy Saturday afternoon, and I’m feeling a lot. And isn’t that what’s so wonderful about reading a good book? The emotions it draws out of you, whether it’s happiness, grief and sadness, hope? To care so much for a character (or characters), that you feel all these wonderful human emotions? This is a book I won’t forget. A beautiful love story, but also a thriller that left me at the edge of my seat, wondering what would happen next. Absolutely a 5-star read.
